Growing Profitability Program
Following the success of previous programs, Rural Business Support (RBS) and AUSVEG SA are delivering the Growing Profitability Program. This phase is designed for past participants to review, refine and strengthen their business strategies.
RBS Rural Financial Counsellors and independent business coaches will work directly with growers to:
- Review and refine business strategies – Ensuring they remain relevant and effective in the current economic landscape.
- Improve financial planning – Helping participants with cost assessments, cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards – Identifying opportunities for growth, profitability and operational improvements.
Through this program, vegetable growers will receive tailored one-on-one support to build on their previous learnings, ensuring their business strategies remain strong, adaptable and future-focused.
