GrowStrong 2025
Rural Business Support (RBS) is proud to be participating again in the GrowStrong 2025 program in partnership with the Wine Grape Council of South Australia (WGCSA). This initiative, now expanding to include Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and the Barossa, provides viticulture businesses with the tools, training and expert guidance they need to build long-term resilience.
This program includes:
- GrowStrong Business Fundamentals – Delivered by RBS Rural Financial Counsellors, the University of Adelaide Business School and PIRSA FaB Mentors, these sessions focus on
financial planning, risk management and business sustainability. - Sustainable Winegrowing Australia Training – Regionally tailored sessions to strengthen environmental and business sustainability.
- Wellbeing & First Aid Courses – Supporting the health and safety of vineyard owners and workers.
- Simonit & Sirch Pruning Workshop – Providing advanced vineyard management techniques to enhance productivity.
RBS delivers business health checks, financial coaching and long-term business planning support as a delivery partner. Our one-on-one sessions and interactive workshops help vineyard owners and managers develop strategies for financial stability and sustainable growth.
